The Ruston Carriage House welcomes you to our unique, full-service event venue, complete with a dedicated Venue Manager to bring your vision to life, an incredible on-site bakery, Wren's Nest Baking Co., for your catering needs and seasonal venue offerings to celebrate your most treasured milestones.

BELMONT STAKES PACKAGE (OPTION I)

Carriage Room and Stables

Seats 30 guests | 4 Hour Rental*

Package Includes:

  • Table and Chairs set up and removal after your event 

  • 8 Round Barrel Tall Tables 

  • (3) 6’ Oblong Tables (2 food tables and 1 beverage table) with a total of 30 Chairs (24” tall) 

  • 3 Table Linens (2 food tables and 1 beverage table)

  • Coat Rack 

  • 2 Beverage Dispensers (water or cold beverages not included) 

  • 1 Metal Ice Tub (water or cold beverages not included) 

  • 2 Easels 

  • Music and Screen set up - Need 48 hours in advance of the event to set up

  • Cleaning Fee

CHALLENGER STAKES PACKAGE (OPTION II)

Package Includes:

  • Table and Chairs set up and removal after your event 

  • (12) 6’ Oblong Tables (9 dining tables, 2 food tables and 1 beverage table) with a total of 40 Chairs for formal dining

  • (4) 4' Square Dining Tables

  • 1 Round Barrel Tall Table

  • 16 Table Linens (13 dining tables, 2 food tables and 1 beverage table)

  • Coat Rack 

  • 2 Beverage Dispensers (water or cold beverages not included) 

  • 1 Metal Ice Tub (water or cold beverages not included)

The Courtyard is an available add-on to your event in Carriage Room only. This is available at a set fee for the duration of your event.
